Episode 97: Self Care: The New Health Care
This episode is all about the importance of caring for ourselves on a daily basis. Not big, grandiose acts of self care, but small intentional habits that we do on a consistent basis - acts of self care that can improve our emotional and physical well-being. I encourage my listeners to start small, to choose one act of self care TODAY and then repeat it day after day. Because when you care for yourself, you don’t just feel better - you live better.
