Summer has arrived, and with it comes a mix of emotions. Excitement, anticipation, dread, overwhelm, and for many of us, something in between.
In this episode, we explore how to meet the summer season with more intention and less pressure. Whether you are managing kids, schedules, food, screens, and the lack of structure, or navigating free time, social plans, dating, weddings, and comparison, summer asks us to pause and ask - What do I actually need in this season?
This episode will help you think about the kind of summer you want to create, the anchors that can support you, and how to make this season feel more grounded, meaningful, nourishing, and aligned.

This episode was inspired by a simple moment at Sheba Hospital, where an older volunteer walked me to the department I needed.
It was such a beautiful reminder that designing our lives is not only for the busy building years. It is something we continue to do at every age and in every season.
In this episode, I reflect on what it means to live intentionally, to ask where we want to give, how we want to spend our time, what kind of people we want to become, and how coaching helps us move from autopilot to alignment. We do not need to overhaul our lives to design them. Sometimes it begins with one small choice that reflects what matters most.

In this episode, I explore the quality of our decisions and the difference between deciding ahead of time and deciding in the moment. When we make decisions ahead of time, we are more likely to act from our values, long-term goals, and the life we actually want to create. But when we decide in the moment, we often let comfort, urgency, exhaustion, or immediate gratification take over.
I also discuss the importance of recommitting to decisions we have already made, especially when they have become so normal that we forget we once chose them. Whether it is a relationship, career, community, health goal, or way of living, intentional living means making a decision, following through, reassessing, and then choosing again.

What if life worked like a 3D printer?
You put in the plan, press print, and watch your vision become reality.
It sounds amazing, but in this episode, we explore why the clean input-output version of life may not actually be the highest goal. So much of our growth happens when things do not go according to plan, when we are forced to adjust, regroup, learn, and begin again.
This is where we meet our 2.0 version. Not the version we planned on becoming, but the version we become because life required more of us.
In this episode, I talk about why the process matters, why mistakes and detours are not proof that something has gone wrong, and how the messy middle is often exactly where strength, resilience, confidence, and clarity are built.

In this episode, I talk about why summer needs anchors, not a minute-by-minute plan. As we approach the summer season, it is easy to crave a slower pace, more downtime, and space to breathe, but too much unstructured time can quickly turn into wasted time, frustration, and a feeling that the season is just happening to us.
I share how creating a few simple anchors, something productive, something healthy, and something enjoyable or connecting, can help bring shape, intention, and calm to your summer without over-scheduling it.
Whether you have teens, younger kids, adult children visiting, or no kids at home, this episode will help you think about what you need this summer and how to plan for a season that feels healthier, calmer, and more connected.

In this episode, I talk about the power of taking swift action and the hidden cost of hesitation. So many people wait to feel ready, wait for certainty, wait until they know they are making the “right” decision, but all that waiting often keeps them stuck. Action does not mean being reckless. It means doing the research, taking the next step, making the move, and trusting yourself to learn and adjust along the way.
Mistakes are part of the process, but staying frozen delays progress, momentum, and the results you actually want. Life is short, and the time to move forward is now.

In this episode, I share a personal birthday reflection on planning, intentional living, and why we don’t need to wait for Rosh Hashana, January 1st, or a major life transition to begin again. This episode is a reminder that intentional living does not happen by accident. It begins when we pause, ask honest questions, name what we want, and take one small step toward the life we want to create.

A short but powerful episode. In this episode, I explore why so many clients end a coaching session by saying, “I feel lighter.”
Coaching helps separate the facts from the stories, the pressure, and the self-judgment we carry around them. When we slow things down, name what is happening, and sort through what is ours to own and what is not ours to carry, relief becomes possible.
The circumstances may not change right away, but our relationship to them can. That shift creates clarity, compassion, and a more grounded next step.

In this episode, I reflect on The Measure by Nikki Erlick, a thought-provoking novel about what happens when every adult receives a box containing a string that reveals the length of their life.
While we don’t actually have visible strings telling us how much time we have, the book raises a powerful question: Are we living the life we truly want to live, or simply the life we have fallen into?
I explore why so many of us say “I don’t have time,” how we stay stuck in comfort zones we’ve outgrown, and how small, intentional changes can help us use our time more honestly and meaningfully.

In this episode, I share how a recent coaching session helped me move from frustration and judgment to compassion and perspective after a minor car accident. It is a reminder that change does not always come through big bold life decisions. Sometimes, real transformation happens in a single moment when we begin to see things differently.
